Everything was good except the noise. It was noisy in the mornings. The housekeepers were noisy.

The hotel was clean, newly renovated and the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The property is an older building, but it has been updated nicely and is immaculately clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was way more than a Continental - including scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancake machine, fresh fruit, etc.

This was a great place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. Great location to go sight seeing at all the small towns Coleman, Blairmore, Frank and Bellevue. There was also a great biking/walking trail that could be taken to see everything.

The room was good and and reasonably quiet. The shower came on as soon as the water was turned on and wouldn't go to just the tub spout - small inconvenience.

Rooms have been recently upgraded and looked great. Bed was clean and comfy and tge rest of room immaculate.

Surprised at the hotel after looking at it from the outside. Obviously an old building and a bit dated but the rooms were clean and the beds were great. Added bonus was the restaurant off the front desk area where we had fantastic Indian food..The Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken with Naan and basmati rice were excellent!! Bonus time!

Beds have metal frames so they are creaky no big deal … also tub had some strange looking dirt by the drain.. also
Shower diverter is not a standard diverter.. you have to pull the tub faucet down to get the shower to work
装修好的房间还不错，不过枕头有些旧了，发黄。有几个我们没用。
早餐简直是败笔。我们早上8:30到的时候，竟然没有座位。所有东西都是用油煎的，连蛋粉都一样。
他们的蛋白质是烤豆，没有肉。
咖啡是从自动售货机买的，有4个人在排队等着用，而且很淡。没有奶油，只有牛奶。
只剩下一个薯饼了，我问能不能再来一些。他们咕哝了一声，指了指还剩下一个的锅。我们身后是一家六口。其实，也没有鸡蛋，而且，嗯，4个，没错，4个（当时还有很多人进来）薯饼在我们刚要离开的时候才送来。年纪大一点的服务员鼻塞也很严重，而且神情阴沉。年轻人似乎包揽了所有活儿，来回跑，打扫卫生，送食物。食物很差，服务更差。我们去了路上的 Tims，但考虑到价格，这顿早餐应该还不错。
