This was a great stay. It is a very nice hotel that is well kept. The bedroom was as expected, mattresses a bit on the soft side for our taste. The breakfast selection was what you expect from a Fairfield. The staff was super friendly. We will be back.

Some things never change. Last year when I checked in at this hotel I spent ten minutes at the front desk calling hello, hello before someone came out. This year I stood there for about five min with no one coming out until a housekeeping lady came by and told them I was there. It's like I was bothering them. There was a problem with the reservation and the woman went to get a man from the back. He was to help her, which he did, but he never even looked at me. Neither of them were at all welcoming. Other front desk people were friendlier. They never told me about housekeeping, that is was every other day. That is fine, but I should have been told. We had to go in search of more towels and toilet paper. The prize winner for hospitality was the young lady taking care of the breakfast. She was on top of things, friendly, cheerful, interested. When I come back for Missouri Star next year, I will stay next door.

I travel very frequently for work and am usually either a Platinum or Titanium Bonvoy member. That being said, there are plenty of Marriott properties that don’t always live up to the Marriott standards. I’m happy to say that this hotel definitely did. Besides the obvious things like cleanliness, comfortable beds, and nice amenities, it’s the little things that really make a place stand out. When I entered my room, there was a hand written thank you note, thanking me for being a Bonvoy member and staying there. That meant so much to me, and really set the tone for the rest of my visit. Everyone was friendly, especially the ladies working the breakfast area. So, good job to the management and staff at this hotel. Your customer service is top notch and better than many more, much higher priced locations that I’ve stayed at!

This is a terrific clean hotel . The staff was awesome. the breakfast was very hot and varied with staff frequently checking to make sure items were there. The rooms were clean quiet and tv stations were varied . Lots of local restaurants nearby.

In typical Marriott fashion, this location does not disappoint. Clean rooms, soft beds and great breakfast. I have stayed in most of the motels in Chillicothe, Mo. and this one is ,for certain, the nicest one. Do not hestitate to book here. Will be back everytime I come back to visit family.

We noticed this hotel on a drive through Missouri and made it our stop on the next drive because of the location. The hotel is very nice and fairly new so that was a bonus. We like the room design, plenty of space. The breakfast area is spacious and the food options were plentiful. The woman working the breakfast area was so sweet and kind, we enjoyed chatting with her. We will likely stay here again because of the location and convenience. I just hope they build more food options nearby.

While this is the best place to stay in Chillicothe it is the most expensive place to stay. On positive not the breakfast is good and the lady working it goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. The place is nice with pool, workout room , BBQ grill and outdoor sitting. The rooms are adequate but the TV has a number of channels blacked out. We stayed parts of three days and two nights. Not once did we have housekeeping attend to our room even while they were on the floor. Not sure what there policy is but expected some kind of housekeeping.Also found it difficult to find someone at the front desk in the evening. Best place in Chillicothe but for the price expected more.

For a short period the tv provider and stations were going through new negotiations and it did cause some temporary interruptions during that time frame. We do assure you this should not be an issue in the future. Regarding the front desk and housekeeping feedback that you left I want to extend a sincere apology for not meeting your expectations and ours. Our guests are our too priority and being available is the best way we can serve our guests and there should always be someone there to help you with anything you need. Last year Marriott did not offer stayover cleanings and this year they have implemented every other day stayover service. This should have been communicated at check in so that we could better accommodate you during your stay if necessary and I have shared this feedback as a teachable moment to insure it is an isolated incident. We have discussed our service standards and reviewed areas for improvement opportunities in the service each has provided. I hope you chose to stay with us again, whenever your travels bring you back to the area.
