The hotel is beautifully designed and creates a calming atmosphere as soon as you step inside. However, the experience quickly declines. I had high expectations after a recommendation to stay here, but it was a disappointment. The staff were polite, but the hotel is massively understaffed. Reception was closed for large parts of the day, and the bar and lounge area were often empty. There were signs at reception directing guests to find staff at the bar, only to find another sign directing them to reception. The spa areas are small, and the pools were chilly. There were limited loungers and seating areas. Room cleaning was basic at best, which was disappointing given the price point. The food was high quality, but the options were limited. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this hotel, but I appreciate its beauty.

This is without doubt, the most stylish, cool hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrived late and they could not have been more professional and accommodating. It is not at all flash or aimed at the Gucci/Rolex brigade, but if you want style and quality this place is faultless. They undersell themselves which sums the place up. Uber cool. Oh, and the predominantly female staff are just the best.
