You comment about the bathroom and the blind is very helpful. Thank you. We are sad reading, that obviously you did not enjoy your stay as much as we would have liked to, but we always try to give our guests as much useful information before arrival as possible. The Hotel is located in the centre of the medieval town and the cobblestones are part of the special atmosphere. It is mentioned in our description that the hotel does not have a lift (there is no hotel in the old part of Monschau with a lift) and all our guests also receive an Email informing about this. Also you have received this information. The room is located in the 2nd floor (NOT the 4th) from the guest entrance and the 3rd floor from the restaurant entrance. We also provide detailed information about the parking possibilities and we also explain that you may drive into the old town with your car to drop of the luggage. Most probably you did not read this information either? Our staff members carry the luggage to the room if this is wished by the guest. The restaurant opening times are also mentioned on the internet and we inform our guests again on arrival. The opening times are from 08:00 - 18.00 h. We received your request to *********** about a double payment and we have informed already that this was not the case. Anyhow we will check again about the mentioned rate difference of 5 Euro. 这是一家非常不错的小酒店（只有10间客房），位于老城区中心。床很舒服，枕头也很好，但是因为酒店有点老旧，所以有点吵。建议带上耳塞，否则会听到很多噪音。早餐准备得很丰盛，服务也很友好，无可挑剔！
在网上搜索了金婚纪念日的酒店后，我们最终选择了蒙绍的“Alt Montjoie”酒店。我们在这家位于蒙绍市中心的家庭经营酒店预订了七天的住宿，感觉非常舒适温馨。我们非常享受餐厅周到的服务和家常菜的美味。酒店的整洁有序也让我们赞不绝口。总而言之，我们非常喜欢这家酒店。我们度过了一段美好的时光，非常感谢！
我们一月份的一个周六去了那里，但只在餐厅里。从头到尾都令人失望。外面的菜单比里面的菜单缩小了一半。不幸的是，几乎所有的素食菜品都受影响了！我们问服务员怎么回事，却什么也没说。我们点的菜都是冷冻的或罐装的。薯条有股陈年油脂的味道，而且份量也远不及这个价位。我们的投诉被无视了。更糟糕的是，喝完第一杯苹果汽水后，我们什么也没喝。这真是太令人失望了，我们（4个大人和2个小孩）不会推荐这家餐厅。
非常好的酒店，人们很友好，非常乐于助人。位置很好，位于历史悠久的地区。也靠近城堡和停车场。我们真的很喜欢它，肯定会回来，但是当天气变暖时。
这是一家不错的三星级酒店，但仅此而已。您会得到您所付出的价值。它确实位于中心的中间。床垫可以好一点，太下垂了。简单的自助早餐。但我们并没有抱怨。

非常好的主人夫妇，他们让酒店非常干净和清新！很棒的丰盛早餐。建筑舒适，环境优美，有水和绿色植物。
