A traditional looking American motel. Of its type, it’s terrific. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, clean and well furnished. The appliances are all new, as is the bed, bedding and sofa/chairs. The bathroom too, has been upgraded. The check in guy was friendly and welcoming. It is faultless, and absurdly good value for money

Horrible, overpriced , theu don't care about your experience and or you like the previous owners/staff.. seems to be all new people too who don't seem to know what they're doing. Just overall not the place to be anymore

We found this hotel after spending a long Day at Yellowstone. Instead of sleeping at the park, we decided to start our drive back to Illinois. Great owner, very friendly. Even though the town was doing major road work in front of the Motel, the room and Motel was in excellent condition and very clean. Nice easy road breakfast (toast, Cereal, Juice, coffee , hard boiled eggs.)

We needed a room in the area and Miles City was booked. We had a very pleasant evening in Forsyth and the hotel was part of it. Clean, with large rooms and quiet even though it was full. Front desk was pleasant. The breakfast was pretty lame, but enough to get down the road. Dinner at the Iron Horse was delicious and the bar was full of local and friendly people. But this is Montana, and that is how it is.

Granddaughter traveling and her tire was going flat stopped in Forsyth Mt. Got her a room at Sundowner Inn. They were so helpful, in the morning they even got a air compressor and filled her tire up so she could get to the tire shop and the tire repaired

Room is clean and bed was firm and bathroom was clean with large shower head and enjoyed there Tea, and also has plasma TV, I'm a returned customer stayed her multiple times would give good reviews on motel for cleanliness and affordable pricing. It's a great price for short term stay

We were told we booked a room with a queen bed but it seemed to small for queen size sheets were to short for the bed Bed is so soft feels like you sink to the floor. Carpet is dirty and the room has an unpleasant odor. Last resort as all the hotels in Miles City were full. Wouldn't recommend.

酒店回复: Dear Valarie, As far as I know, no one has been going around and cutting off the ends of my beds. My queen beds are still 60 inches wide by 80 inches long. We put our bottom sheet on sideways because the memory foam toppers make the bed too thick to put the sheets on the standard way. There is still enough sheet to cover everything this way, but the housekeeper must not have adjusted it properly that day. The softness you felt was the memory foam topper on the bed. It is 3 1/2 inches thick. Most of my guests love them, but if you are used to sleeping on a rock hard bed, it would not feel familiar. There is a firm mattress and box spring underneath that topper. In regards to the floor, sometimes the wind blows dirt inside the door when it is opened, since all of our doors are outside entrances. It sounds like that happened when you opened the door. That would not have happened with a second-floor room. I am sure that if you would have called or come back to the office I am sure that the guest service agent could have given you another room that met your approval, other than it still would have had a memory foam topper on the bed.
