Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many choices. The soundproofing wasn’t good — we could hear people jumping on the floor above.

Two Sweaty Nights with No A/C
On first impression, the hotel seemed fairly clean and well kept. The problem began on my first of 2 nights when the A/C could not be controlled and was non-operable. The temp rose to 80 degrees and the A/C unit never came on no matter how desperately I tried to adjust it. When I went to report it to the manager the next morning, he had a yellow sticky note saying that maintenance was aware of the problem and I should try operating the unit under the window. He also said he would have maintenance look at it again. Night 2, air would blow out of the unit but the temp could not be adjusted below 75 degrees. After 2 sweaty nights, as I was checking out, the same manager assured me he would "take care" of me on my bill. It has been 4 days and there is no change on the $546 charge to my credit card.

The air conditioning did not work in my room. The staff gave me 2 fans but only 1 worked. I always have a problem when I stay here. But the staff is so nice (which is why I come back).

bathroom looked used when I walked in. Tv didn’t work. Didn’t clean my room even with the sign out. There were no irons in the rooms apparently they were “all out”

Room was really filthy there was a lot of trash behind the bed there was a dead cockroach behind the bed dead lady bugs there was cereal and some pills on the floor overall the room was dirty I don’t recommend staying here at all also someone left there eyelashes on the side of the bed aswell the staff does a poor job at cleaning the rooms I don’t like to throw people under the bus but this place is disgusting

员工非常友好。最初给我的房间,浴室天花板有霉菌和水渍的痕迹,我要求换房,酒店也提供了。我不喜欢早上把脏毛巾和垃圾放在门外。如果我的房间能提供客房服务就好了,但直到入住第三天才提供。水温只是温热,我更喜欢热水。总的来说,这次住宿达到了我的目的,以后还会考虑入住。
