A nozzle can be easily rectified if you had highlighted it, the reception team are on 24 hours per day, shame you didn't use this facility. The Hotel is slowly being updated throughout, the public areas are all refurbished and a portion of our bedrooms are refurbished, shame you didn't see all the hard work we have put in, maybe next time. 很棒的酒店，强烈推荐。
愉快的入住体验。价格和对面那家Premier Inn差不多。
主要缺点是，如果你是第一次来，晚上找入口那条路简直是噩梦，因为它没有路标。我们开车绕了三圈才找到入口！！！
酒店内部走廊有点昏暗，电梯会把你带到错误的楼层。500号房间开始是在四楼！
整体还算可以，但花了104英镑，我期待能有更高的标准。

因为清洁度不达标，所以扣分了。员工很友善，食物也很好吃。

家庭活动室里的卫生间/淋浴间设计简直糟糕透了，两扇门从一边直通另一边。
看上去很疲惫，工作人员不知道自己在做什么，早餐很糟糕，不得不等 30 分钟才有食物，而且食物根本无法食用，工作人员都哭了，糟糕的经历，试图让主接待员知道，她只是嘲笑我，不会再住在这里了，糟糕的经历。
除了不太舒服的单人床外，体验很棒。物超所值。房间干净，停车免费，餐厅很棒。我原本期待的是一张特大号/大号单人床，结果却是两张单人床拼在一起的。床与床之间重叠，睡得不太舒服。

酒店的位置非常适合我们这次旅行。步行去米德尔布鲁克真是太好了。我们当时正在探望来自海外的家人。我们住了10天，住过各种价格相近的酒店和Airbnb民宿。可惜的是，这家酒店看起来陈旧老旧。客房服务人员能注意到的一些小细节都被忽略了，比如吹风机的喷嘴不合适。如果我要求更换，酒店应该会帮忙，但联系工作人员会很不方便。
