I stayed a week and it was perfect. The facilities are beautiful and perfectly located for enjoying New Paltz and the Hudson Valley. Staff were delightful as well. Highly recommend!

after the first night staying in the hotel and I was staying from Wednesday until Saturday morning, the air conditioning in the bedroom apparently had a leak and sprayed Freon all over the room, making it smell like chemical the staff down at the front desk was nice enough to move to a different bedroom across the hall I asked about the state being pumped because of how obnoxious the smell was and made me feel dizzy after staying in the other room across the hall. The air-conditioning sounded just as worse. It was better to have the unit off rather than being on and loud and obnoxious and in that room, the sink backed up and was totally disgusting with sediment and buildup, the toilet even had the same issue as well as the shower with draining water I would think for over $600 is there be a little more professionalism with taking care of the property as well as this type of issue I don’t think I’ll be staying here ever again. This is my third time staying at this hotel.

The room (including bathroom) was spotless. Well-lit with a large TV, refrigerator, and microwave. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options. We won't hesitate to return!

The property was really nice with great amenities. Parking was easy, everything was clean. Love the availability of tea and coffee throughout the day. It was one of my favorite stays actually. Love that it was pet friendly and the mindfulness of placing dogs in distant rooms from each other.

fitness room was well situated off the lobby, clean, equipment well maintained and had a good mix of machines and dumb bells. Pool also well kept and convenient.

The room is very clean. Loved that I didn’t find any mustiness at all. The bedding felt very crisp.
The free breakfast was simple but good quality foods. There’s waffle station that my friend really enjoyed.
Having said the above, that should be the standard because this is not a budget hotel. It is on the pricey side but having vacancies in the short time we had to book the room, we felt it was fair.
