We called to get directions to the best western since our GPS kept us going in circles. When we called we were told we had no reservations. So we had no choice but drive 1.6 hours back home. So I’d say it ******.

The property was as described. Clean and convenient. The front desk clerk was awful. Had the woman 1st in line to check in wait 5 minutes while she tended to the dryer. She never got off her cell phone on a personal call when checking either of us in. Later when i went to the front desk and asked for the filter needed for the in room coffee maker, she rudely said there were none and that i could get coffee from the lobby.

Certainly not a clean property, but I’ve stayed in worse. I only stay here because it’s the only hotel in town.

And all the hotels we’ve ever stayed in this bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in even the bed at home is not comfortable. Room was very nice.

The TV didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, breakfast was not served until 8 o’clock, which is supposed to be at 6 o’clock. The coffee, terrible. The staff would not get off their cell phones to help you. The tub in the shower was very slippery and I would assume a lawsuit will follow soon when someone slips. Their water is very hard. They need a water softener. I could go on, but I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

DIRTY AND DISGUSTING
First arriving to the hotel, we were greeted with a toddler at the front desk sitting on the workers lap. We then had to pause our check in so she could take the baby outside for pickup. The elevator was dirty and had not cleaned. Upon entering the room, first glimpse it was okay. After opening the curtains, the window was dirty. Thought it was outside but no luck, it was the inside. Bathroom soap dish had scum from
Previous guest. No other rooms available. Thankfully we had Lysol wipes to disinfect areas of the room. Pools were never cleaned and had green stuff floating around although we was told of pool hours so it was in use. The next day, we requested clean towels. The cleaning lady told me all she had in her cart was the ones she used to clean the rooms. I requested fresh wash cloths and towels again. Never received them. At 10 pm upon returning to the hotel there was a sign at the door that said helping another customer. We waited. Finally, the lady that was outside smoking came in and asked could she help me. I asked for more towels. She asked where my old ones were. Told her in the room. Explained to her the request earlier. She went on and on about not having a lot of them. Finally, she goes to the back room and returns with two saying this is all she has. It’s three of us standing there (husband and child with me). Told me she would bring another up to room. This was the ONLY hotel within the town to stay except a motel which was probably better. NEVER AGAIN
