后果自负

酒店状况糟糕透顶。这很遗憾，因为贝斯特韦斯特酒店是镇上仅有的两家酒店之一。另一家是高端酒店，所以贝斯特韦斯特酒店的价格更合理。酒店整体都需要翻新。

先说优点：员工高效友好。在酒店老板提供的条件下，他们已经尽力做到最好了。

现在来说说现实情况。房间里的地毯很脏。我犯了一个错误，赤脚走路。地毯很粘，真的粘。真恶心。早餐基本上没法吃。鸡蛋里水分太多，看起来一点也不诱人，味道也很糟糕。**籽松饼又老又脆。贝果很硬。有麦片，但没有牛奶。

再次强调，员工已经尽力了。

Coaches and bed bugs. No towels or washcloths at all in any of our 4 rooms. We were told multiple times they were in the dryer and would be brought up. Nothing ever was. Disgusting

Girl at desk was nice. Room had fowl urine like odor in room, floors stained. The noise from other units was horrible could not sleep not that its the motels fault but the walls do not block any of it. parking lot had trash everywhere flower pots had trash in them. just was not impressed.

The toilet in my room stopped up. Instead of calling maintenance, the desk clerk lent me a plunger. When I checked out, she refused to give me a receipt for my credit card payment, saying that ******* would do so.

Toiletries like soap were marginal. Coffee maker in room was inoperable and front desk had no others to substitute. Breakfast was sparse and several items like toast and fruit were not available. Parking was convenient and front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff were very helpful.

Noisy refrigerator in room.

Area around entrance could use some attention. Clean up cigarette butts. Pull weeds out of flower pots.

This property was horrible. Upon check in the room that we had reservations for was dirty and not turned over from prior guest. They ended up not having any other double rooms available nor anyone to get that room straight. We ended up with 2 King rooms instead. The remote for TV was missing buttons was told that if it works thats the best they could offer. Had to go get towels and wash cloths from the front desk as well. The room had stains on the walls and floors. The had fruit flys flying around as well. I would never stay here again. My wife has pictures of everything.
