It was perfect. We had such a friendly welcome and the cabin was spotless. Comfortable bed and all we needed. Good standard. Easy access after hours. Chinese take away and pub in walking distance. Great value and good location. Get Outlook for iOS

Rented a cabin in the back which was very quiet (except for the parrots that visited us ;-). Basic accomodation, but clean and fully equiped. Deck could do with a lick of paint, advertised wifi absent (annoying for foreign travellers). Friendly, helpful staff.

Stayed in a motel room. Very friendly on booking in and appreciated the numbered vehicle bay. Great size, queen bed and every thing needed for comfortable stay. The only down side they need a bigger television as the one in the room is so small. I would also suggest if a light sleeper may not be to your liking as a think a herd of elephants were above us. We would stay again but I had asked that all our details for our credit card be deleted when we had left, this never did happen. I emailed to book again at end of the month and waited for invoice to come through which I did not receive. I then emailed on the Monday morning and suggested they just attach the invoice by replying to my email and I did get the invoice. On checking to see I had enough money to pay for my booking I noticed a debit by this park. I sent them an email asking did they take money from the Credit Card I had used on a previous stay and they said yes as they needed a deposit. I said I had no knowledge of this transaction and I had not authourised it at anytime. I also said I had asked for my credit card details to be deleted from their system on my last stay and it seems it had not be done and someone from the park had taken money from this credit card. I again asked who had accessed my card but they did not tell me on several requests. I then asked for Owner or Managers email which was not forth coming, I then received an email from a Manager Kathy saying they had cancelled my reservation and would refund the money taken. I was gob smacked that she did this. I am still worried about the security of my Credit Card details so have called the bank and let them know what happened and cancelled the card. (If anyone should doubt what I have written I do have all the emails to authenticate.

Great customer service over the phone organising a portable cot and late check in, offering nothing but help and guidance. Great cabin, clean and spacious living/kitchen area. Blinds in the bedroom are great blocking out plenty of light for the little one to get some sleep during the day without much light in the room. Would recommend staying here with a baby
