Checked in late. Went to crawl in bed and my sheets had BLOOD on them. Front desk (Haley) brought new sheets (appreciated). I advised Shanda the next morning and she was going to have Nisha (mgr) reach out to me. I went on a cruise and didn’t hear anything the whole time. On way back went to sake hotel to see if I could get a room comped but needed Nisha. Do she advised to check in with her in the AM. So…I did. However, Nisha was “not in” and Lovely had to call her and text her to see what could be done. This experience was awful and unacceptable!

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we did attempt to compensate you in many ways that you refused. Guest booked and paid through ******* twice which means the hotel cannot do a refund she paid third party. During the incident allegation guest was offered a room move but refused and just wanted new sheets. Guest was offered a free night stay on points due to being a third party but refused. Guest was offered a free night stay at any other property and also refused that. Not only did guest stay once, but she also returned 2 weeks later to stay again but booked and paid online. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate the second chance which you did not have any issues.

Front staff un kept and not even there when we arrived. Had to wait 20 minites before we saw anyone. Stained floors and dirty toilet. Minimal room amenities.no coffee pot in room. Disappointed

All good except thermostat didn’t work and we checked in late so didn’t bother trying to get it fixed.

Great stay as a builder family there is some stuff that could be fixed like the water damage on the wall in bathroom but overall I love your chain!

The breakfast was amazing, love the new smaller carts for luggage! Parking great also. Comfortable room and bed. Wish every hotel was this grand!

Room was clean; bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was just an overnight stay, but was quite pleasant.

Pretty standard breakfast fare served hot with fresh brewed coffee. Room was very nice and clean. Easy walk to a few dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

Nearby dining in the evening. Starbucks close by for the morning. Clean room. Easy parking
