Tv did not work. Switched rooms and the toilet did not flush in it. Switched back to original room and watched tv on my laptop. Need to get this place repaired and maintained.

I asked to have my window shade fixed so it could be drawn completely and I had privacy. Staff never did even though one person tried and said they’d be back while I was out for the day. I didn’t feel as safe since I was on 1st floor and could see out my window at all times, and others could see in.

The front desk employee was nice. The place was dimly lit. Upon entering the room the air conditioner was broken, there was a paw print on the bed, makeup on the pillows. There was an odor throughout the hotel. Then the toilet was broken. The pictures of the room are misleading and it was not clean. It was myself and two daughters and I did not feel safe. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes.

They put me in room 125 right next to housekeeping even though the place was virtually empty. There is a bowl at the desk to drop your key cards in and the one on top was 125... so they recycled the same room which I didn't like and housekeeping was noisy. Breakfast was AWFUL. Stale bagels. The sausage LITERALLY had ice still on it as they dumped frozen sausage into a chafing dish. Got high on the way to the car in the afternoon (no, not on purpose).

The room was clean and comfortable.
The elevator door slower than watching paint dry, the window in our room had a huge crack that was taped together. Toilet ran every 70 seconds, that was very annoying.
I did Let the front desk know upon my exiting about the toilet (so they could fix it).
They did not seem interested.
Breakfast left a little to be desired. Very basic, Cheerios follows by fruit loops in the same dispenser. Could not get the fruit loops until the Cheerios are gone.
All in all, if you only need a room for the night and you have a good sense of humor…..it did the job. Would not recommend staying more than the single night.

When i first got there i paid for a king bed, i was there with my child. The bedding was digustingly dirty and stained. There was makeup and dirt on the covers and it looked like they just flipped the sheets and bedding. The chair had bodily fluids on it! I took pictures don’t worry! They came and changed the bedding. Then found out the shower didn't actually work, the pin that you pull ok to turn the bath to shower wasn't connected to anything. Went down and asked for a new room. They only had a double queen, whatever at least the shower worked. I did not get refunded the difference for the room since i paid for one and they were out of others. Also I was there in town for a my dads funeral so this definitely didn't help the situation.

No sheets for pull out bed. No pillows for pull out bed. Cheese wrappers and dental pick on pull out bed mattress. Also no bath towels or washcloths. Will not be staying there ever again.

We arrived Friday, 3 of our rooms were not ready for check-in @3p. After 5p, we were not allowed to enter our rooms until much later. On Saturday, the elevator was not working. We checked out on Monday morning. The bed linen had not been changed. The room floors were not mopped
