The team: Alice, Alicia, and the guy that showed me how to use the room air and heat were excellent customer service people, very attentive (when they were available).
I had to leave phone messages, the office is not "open" all the time.
Ticonderoga pulls up the sidewalks early as a general rule.
Nice clean room, I had to plug the digital clock in and learn how to set it.
Nice shower that works without fuss.
The sound insulation from the upstairs room isn't present, I could hear the steps coming and going.
I suggest staying in the main building if you can.
For me though, nice firm bed, clean linens every day.
500 channels on the TV.

Adequate place to stay, the owner was very friendly when we checked in. Small place, but close to Fort Ticonderoga and Star Trek sights. Breakfast not included, but two places close by were very good.

the lady at the front desk was super kind & make me feel comfortable immediately! our room was very nice at a decent rate for a suite! would stay again!

This place was very noisy with a large group of men sitting outside in the parking lot talking loudly until late at night. Did not feel safe.

Such helpful staff. Gave great detail about where to eat, and called me on my cell after we checked out to let me know I forgot my shoes!
