Great common area! Bed was less comfortable than expected. Breakfast was clean and we'll presented but was limited. I prefer individual servings of yogurt and milk.

Noisy

We got a disabled room, which we did not ask for, on the 3rd floor and had a family with children right above us “. The children were constantly running back and forth, jumping off the bed, rolling the desk chair back and forth and it was unbearable just to even be in our room! Thus went in for hours at a time. I believe either the children were left unattended or the parents didn’t care. After a sleepless night, I complained at the desk. They were apparently moved to another room later that night and we were able to rest. As we periodically book a room there usually on a monthly basis, we would appreciate it that in the future you give us a room in the 4th floor!

We will stay here again

Hotel was genuinely nice. The staff was friendly (English speaking staff) and beds were comfortable.

My only gripe is how long it took to release the incidentals hold on my card. But it's not worth lowering the rating over.

Requested a king size bed. Was given a queen and told it's an "upgrade", not sure on which planet. Phone in room wouldn't reach the front desk. Room above had children running around early in the morning.
