Took 15 minutes to check in, no elevator, neighbors were noisy until 4 am, paper thin walls, housekeeping knocked at 9:30 twice even though check out was at 11, shower was old & I thought the tub floor was going to crack/break while showering, coffee maker dirty, tv remote dirty, bed was comfortable.

Room was dirty but not terrible bathroom was filthy… mold everywhere! One wing of the hotel smells so strong like **** and cigarettes it was choking. They double charged me!

Overall a good cost effective stay a short trip from downtown for a football game. Comfortable beds, too!

Overall is ok. But a couple things 1. we found thrash next the in between night stand 2. toilet flush handle need to be fixed.

The food was decent for a hotel, and the staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful. There were a few cosmetic issues with the room, but overall the amenities were great and made for a pleasant stay.

不想省钱的就不要看了。定了2个人有个二床，房间不大。原来以为在路边会很吵，关窗后很安静。很友好，退房没有检查，入住也没有收押金。
我抵达时，工作人员非常友好，退房也很快捷方便，我对此非常满意。我还要求早上6点叫醒服务，他们也准时送达，这很贴心。
我的房间很干净，暖气也很好用，总的来说，我对房间的舒适度和清洁度都很满意。
美中不足的是：酒店没有电梯，所以我不得不扛着沉重的行李箱爬楼梯到房间。早餐还可以，但选择不多。
另一个问题是公共区域的氛围。虽然这不完全是酒店的错，但确实有几位客人的行为让人感觉不太舒服。一位客人在走廊和前台大声争吵、咒骂，另一位客人看起来像是长期入住，她一直在训斥自己的孩子，还有一个只穿着尿布的婴儿在早餐区跑来跑去。虽然工作人员尽力妥善处理，始终保持友善和专业的态度，但公共区域还是弥漫着一丝不安的气氛。
总的来说，我的住宿体验干净舒适，如果以后急需住宿，我会考虑再次入住——只是下次对设施和酒店大堂/走廊的整体环境不要抱有过高的期望。
