The 1st room we were assigned had multiple problems, when I informed them they moved us to a different room that was much nicer and discounted our rate.

Pictures showed updated tile work in bathroom and a newly tiled shower , that was not the case at all!

Don't recommend at all!
Water brown, appliances old, room musty, towels and linens dingy, pillows flat. Did not feel safe. Water stains on ceiling tiles. TV had to be replaced. Pictures in site wa not even close. Tub stained.

The day of your check-in we had issue with the water lines from the city, due to that the color was brown when they opened up the lines. We had fixed the issue you had mentioned with the tv not working and still complaining about it. We had also asked if everything else is okay and if you had issues with all that mentioned above you could have told then so we could've fixed it for you.

Its what you would expect from a budget in motel but its not as bad as every other review makes it seem like overall clean place and comfortable beds sketchy area but not that bad

BEDBUGS!!!!
Absolutley the worst experience ever! Stay was for business. The management is dishonest and rude. The room was INFESTED with bedbugs. Of course I cancelled remaining stay and Budget Inn refused to refund. DO NOT STAY AT BUDGET INN!!!
