The room was nice and tidy. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was quite roomy. Would recommend.

Property has declined, had to ask for service to get new towels and trash emptied after 2nd day of stay. Outside near entrance had trash, old silk flowers, and junk everywhere. Breakfast was very sparce, only waffles, some cereals and bread.

The super 8 in Waterloo IL will eventually be the cause of the super 8 franchise being shut down,they are not representing the franchise with integrity and good business practices.i have stayed at quite a few different super 8s because I travel with my daughter for cancer treatment and we enjoy staying at super 8 facilities until we arrived at the super 8 in Waterloo IL they have a total disregard for the health and safety of the customer and they have zero accountability for the wrong doing

根本没有客房服务。不得不去要卫生纸。浴室垫看起来像是从破布袋里捡来的。

您广告中包含早餐。什么早餐？有 2 个四分之一大小的松饼，没有咖啡，没有水果，没有酸奶，什么都没有！耻辱1 你怎么能在广告中提到包含早餐。再也不会入住了！！！
