We came to Rio Meridian on the evening of 25th December 2025. We had booked 2 rooms and the hotel was kind enough to allocate connected rooms, which made our stay comfortable. The staff was very polite and we were very happy with the food we had. The chef Mr Shrinivas, Ms Parveen Taj, Mr Kiran were all very courteous, smiling and happy to serve. Thanks for the tasty food you all served us. The above mentioned area was the only area we could applaude. House keeping needs to be uplifted to a next level. Tea mugs had rings in the bottom and locks were hard to open. One of us got injured with an iron nail hanging below the bed, that is dangerous. Room service was as slow as a snail and we had to repeat the order again and again. If the quality is not improved, it is difficult to further recommend the property to our with and kin. All the best!!!!!

We are from Fr. Agnel Co-Ed Sr. Sec. School, Bhopal, on an Educational Tour. We had a pleasant stay here, the accommodation is spacious and luxurious. The food was enjoyed by our students. The staff ***** with Asha madam was very courteous and hospitable. This is my 3rd visit to this place. We would like to recommend it to other travellers. Thanks!

We are from comfort travel we have group of 40 pax stating rio meridian corporate group asha mam handling our grop she is co ordinate with us very Nicely hard working lady management very good rooms are hygienic food also very tasty

酒店位置很好，去市里各个景点交通都很方便。早餐不怎么样。泳池还可以。
如果预算有限，这家酒店是个不错的选择。食物很棒，适合家庭入住。
真不知道该从何说起，这明明是二星级酒店，不是四星级。房间脏兮兮的，到处都是灰尘，厕所更是糟糕透顶，感觉像个老古董。走廊里有小孩在玩耍，吵得根本睡不着觉。我们在房间里还发现了蟑螂。早餐每天都一样，毫无新意。房间里没有“请勿打扰”或“请勿打扫”的标识。餐具非常脏，他们从来不洗。电视坏了，空调遥控器也失灵了，根本打不开也关不掉。休息区也脏兮兮的，到处都是灰尘，他们从来不打扫。房间里的玻璃杯也从来不清洗。这家酒店唯一的优点就是地理位置好，出行方便。
酒店位置、服务和自助餐（印度菜）都一流，美中不足的是淋浴水流太小，几乎只能算涓涓细流。
地理位置优越。员工服务一流。浴室需要改进。
