Staff was nice and breakfast was good. However, the deadbolt on my room door didn't work and one elevator was out of order.

The room was clean but smelled of mildew. The mattress needed to be replaced and the bedding and pillows were worn out.

The staff were nice the room was cleaned but the key fob died and we weren't able to enter our room for an hour waiting for it to be fixed.

The tv would not work properly. Could only watch 1 station and the volume did not work.
There was ZERO hot water! It literally took 10 minutes for warm water.
Morning receptionist was not helpful i asked for a printed receipt an she told me i couldn't get one an had to go to expeda to getone. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Stay was excellent, staff was great, and we enjoyed the property. Only complaint was the shower dripped quite a lot and would not shut off, and some of the lights in the halls were flickering.
