It was close to work, I stayed there few time, some of the staff are very rude, definitely the company need to send some of their staff, somewhere to learn how to provide a good customer experience. And be respectful to their customers.

Rooms were adequate and plenty of hot water. But breakfast was dismal and the staff didn’t care. Sunday morning by 830 no coffee and most food was gone.
房间很干净，但是温控器坏了，冷得要命。不过他们给我们换了一间房，很安静舒适。但是我们办理入住的时候，另一位客人也来前台抱怨了同样的问题。办理入住很慢，我不明白为什么，因为当时有三位工作人员站在那里。他们一开始没有提供任何关于停车或其他方面的信息，包括为什么房间已经付过钱了还要在办理入住时支付15美元，以及如何到达房间。值得一提的是，从第二个房间看到的地铁公园景色非常棒。
早餐糟透了。每天都摆出来同样的烂橘子。第一天我投诉了，第二天还是那些烂橘子，而且更烂了。那碗水果看起来都陈旧不堪。
办理入住时，前台那位年轻女士完全没有服务意识，一直在玩手机，既没有打招呼，也没有注意到我和妻子。除此之外，一切都还不错。
客房主管人很好！但是今天早上我们离开的时候，我请她帮忙推酒店推车，却被拒绝了。我刚做了背部手术，需要人帮忙。
是的，感觉他们好像不知道我们住在这里。工作人员态度冷漠。
早餐还算可以。
墙壁很薄，走廊里有人说话，每个字都听得一清二楚。早餐非常简单。
早餐很棒，房间很宽敞，前台工作人员都很乐于助人。
