Perfectly acceptable and very clean place to stay in Cypress. Lots of eating options in the vicinity and right by the freeway. If in Cypress, a solid option.

The property is a bit run down. The staff never talked to me once. The hotel is a little hard to find because it's behind a medical building and shares a parking lot with Goodwill. The sign is mostly burned out so it's hard to find at night.

Our family had 5 rooms and we enjoyed getting together in the lobby to watch the A& M football game. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

My stay was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was I was on the 3rd floor and whoever was in the room above me very extremely loud late into the night whish was very distracting

Extremely clean. Rooms were very comfortable and well laid out. Has good assortment for free breakfast. All employees were courteous and helpful. If you ever have to visit northwest Houston you should consider staying here.

Liked the easy check in and that the deluxe room was spacious. The bedding was super thin and the pillows were not big enough or maybe just needed more of them to feel comfy in the bed. Liked the dove soaps available.
