Room could have been cleaner...ice bucket left dirty with melted ice and glasses not clean. Shirt on floor of closet.

There was puke on the carpet, along with a large wet spot.
when i asked for a different room, the host did nothing to make it right other than act like she was doing me a favor by giving me another room. No break on the cost, discount for future stay, not even help moving me and my family to another room. Just not the service id expect from a marriott.

I stayed in the suite twice, the only bad thing is that the refrigerators don't work, they are very old.

将近200刀的酒店,万怡在国内是五星级了,在这就是比Motel 高一个档次,其他都好,我就是真服了老美酒店的空调,每个房间一个大坐地柜机,噪音能让你发心脏病

因为我分开两次下的booking,第一天前台就告诉我需要再check in,但可以不用换房间。其实系统原始也可以理解,但第二天我早上就去再check in,说可以了,结果晚上还是用不了房卡,又再一次做check in的整套动作。除却系统的问题,前台是很友善的。
酒店位置不错,离地铁站很近,周围也有很多景点。员工很友好,但唯一的问题是浴室没有台阶,所以洗澡的时候水流湍急……有点不方便。总的来说,还不错!
非常干净整洁,没有异味,床铺舒适干净。唯一需要的是房间里有一瓶水。
