住的还不错,没有押金。性价比高

服务 态度不好
我写信是为了表达我的失望,并解释为什么我没有入住贵酒店。很遗憾,贵酒店的服务未能达到贵酒店在线口碑所预期的标准。房间维护不善,有被忽视的迹象,附图中可见蟑螂出没。
此外,我入住的房间本应是无烟房,但却弥漫着烟味。作为家长,我无法让我的孩子待在这样的环境中。
由于酒店清洁度不符合标准,我恳请全额退款。感谢您处理此事。
