The front desk help was outstanding. I took a cart out to my car and loaded up some stuff and took it back to my room. On the way back, the front desk man said just leave your card outside your room, I’ll come pick it up later. That’s the first for me!

This property was fine except for the employee that was working when we checked in. This young lady had no urgency to get the line that had formed to the door. She chatted on & on with each guest causing the remaining guest to wait forever at 10pm at night. i simply wanted to check in and go rest after a long drive. Friendly customer service is highly appreciated however, if it causes bad service it’s not worth it.

Overall Good
Conveniently located. Overall it was a good experience. A couple critical remarks, the beds were not comfortable and the pool was not the cleanest.

So I rarely leave a review, but this is an exception. The rooms in the hotel are clean, spacious, and nice. We only had one issue. It was HOT! I don’t just mean warm I mean 85 degrees. Apparently there was update to “smart” units that aren’t very smart. That said after a miserable night Brittany was able to get us another room and a refund for one night. So while I’d like to slam the hotel, the staff was great! That said fix the AC folks!

The room was modern and very clean and the bed was very comfortable . We were in town for a family wedding and it was very close to the venue and close to allot of restaurants and shopping. The area felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again!

We toured the US Airforce Museum on an overnight trip from Pittsburgh. The property was 10 minutes from the museum, located on the outskirts of a nice mall. The property was well kept, rooms clean, reasonably priced, and the staff was professionally friendly. There were several restaurants and an arcade in walking distance. They had a small indoor pool and small gym. Breakfast bar had many choices, but nothing special. Hot food was pretty bland. Thanks for a nice stay away from home!
