Great location and easy access to the area. Check in and service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, but nothing stellar. Used the in room fridge, but the microwave did not work. Breakfast was convenient, yet the food was unappetizing with limited choices. Chose this hotel based on room selection availability, but will most likely seek alternative hotels on our future visits.

The beds aren’t real comfortable. Also, it was hot in the room and when we adjusted the temperature the air came on for a short time and then never came on again.

Everything was great walked in an was at my room in minutes everything was very cleaned and anything we needed we asked for we had in minutes like a few extra towels and pool towels great visit will stay again appreciate the friendly and kind staff

The only issue I had was the Keurig in the room was not clean and couldn't make coffee in the morning

Not As Advertised
There were broken blinds. The Netflix and and YouTube were out for the entire hotel and the problem was never fixed. The glass shade on the desk is missing so doing any work and blocking light during work was intrusive for other that were sleeping.

The front desk help was outstanding. I took a cart out to my car and loaded up some stuff and took it back to my room. On the way back, the front desk man said just leave your card outside your room, I’ll come pick it up later. That’s the first for me!

This property was fine except for the employee that was working when we checked in. This young lady had no urgency to get the line that had formed to the door. She chatted on & on with each guest causing the remaining guest to wait forever at 10pm at night. i simply wanted to check in and go rest after a long drive. Friendly customer service is highly appreciated however, if it causes bad service it’s not worth it.
