Staff was very friendly…clean room. I didn’t see the ice machine. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my night.

One of the three rooms that I reserved only had 25 % water pressure. The occupants could not use the shower or toilet. We requested another room but was told they were booked. Management refused to give any compensation. However, ******* gave a small credit. One room had a strong smell of mildew. Enjoy the powered eggs and undercooked sausage for breakfast if you have no other choice. Really disappointing.

Ice machines on both my floor (second) and lobby were broken. There was a sound of dripping water in the walls that woke me up at 4 am and kept me awake the rest of the night.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm
And had to wait 20 mins in order to check in due to nobody being at front desk. Even with calling the help number was pointless because the phone was left at the front desk. Room definitely needs an update and a good cleaning. Pretty sure we show what looked like rat poop in the bathroom. Felt very uncomfortable staying there. Saving money is nice and all but there still needs to be a standard of service when spending money.
