Our hotel is not located on the ocean, so it appears there may have been an error or misunderstanding in how the room was presented at the time of booking. The only good was the room size and beds were perfect for our family of five….
We stayed for 5 nights and room service never came. We asked three times at the front desk and once with the cleaning lady. Each time they said they will come but nobody came. Even on our “schedule” for room service were told it wasn’t our schedule (2 days in).
They ran out of toilet paper, breakfast ran out of most items by 8:30 am and even the free ice water and coffee in the lobby ran out by 11 am and was never refilled.
I would not stay here again.

I have never met a more friendly and service oriented staff! Each person we met, greeted us with genuine kindness and an enthusiasm to provide great service. The hotel is updated, fresh, and clean. The pool was lovely and warm. The breakfast had lots to choose from. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel room was clean for the most part except for a few issues, but management was absolutely wonderful and took care of me. All of my interactions with staff members was good.

This hotel room was CLEAN and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic and the location made for easy access to places to eat, shopping, highways. Highly recommend

房间一尘不染,床很舒服,员工也很友好。唯一的小缺点是早餐时华夫饼机的哔哔声太大了。看来很多人都想吃华夫饼啊!
在我们入住期间,房间的空调一直难以维持75华氏度的温度。即使在晚上,它也几乎一直开着,过载的压缩机发出的嗡嗡声令人烦躁。
工作人员非常友好,房间很大,床很舒服,一切都很干净。
