The first room I stayed 250 had no hot water. They were quick to get me a room with hot water, fortunately .
The beds from one room to the other did not have a comforter in one of the rooms
The lights in the kitchen did not work in room 252
The hallway smells like absolute death and fecal matter
To charge $80 a night in a place that very much looks like free housing for those in programs is beyond me or anyone with a double digit IQ.
I don’t smoke cigarettes and was blindsided by a deposit. I am expecting 100% of my deposit back and I sure hope that’s not a scam..
The bedroom doors to the hallway have a giant 2 to 3 inch gap and the bottom which is an huge safety issue
air conditioner and heater do not work.
Mold in the showers multiple hairs from the guests before everywhere the bed the walls the bathroom, the sinks.
On a positive note, they were fast to switch me to a different room when I told them I didn’t have hot water.
Unless there are no other options or you are receiving government funding to get off the street do not stay here

The staff are amazing....the rooms not so much!! We have moved rooms a total of two times in one day due to cockroaches.

I can't say for sure it wasn't clean, but it was just very outdated and things were stained and scratched and chipped and peeling. It's affordable, but the star rating had me expecting something better, it was more like a 2: habitable for an overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful front desk

Had issues with roaches inside the hotel room, and where you see one, there are dozens or hundreds more hiding. Saw adult and juvenile roaches at this location.

Very nice little room and the kitchen in the room was a wonderful bonus! Will definitely stay there again! Restaurant and lounge right there in the same lot
