Still has old carpeting which needs to be changed already and modernized. Cannot open windows to ventilate and smells of too much deodorizer which is nauseating. Hotel needs an urgent upgrade to rooms! Excellent area with good shopping and dining options all walkable from hotel!

This was the first time we stayed on the bottom floor and hopefully it’s the last it was too noisy. You could smell the coffee from the Starbucks. You could tell when someone ordered a breakfast sandwich because you smelled the bacon cooking.

Having your Starbucks partner as the only breakfast option was expensive and limited menu (we ate at a place in the same plaza).

Good hotel bad service from front desk
I stayed one night at this hotel. The property is well kept, nice clean rooms, it was quiet, and enjoyed the room.
The customer service was horrendous.
I arrived around 4:30 to check in.
The guy working said there were no rooms cleaned and had to wait and see.
This is totally unacceptable. Check in is at 3pm and you should have a room ready.
I didn’t get to my room until an hour after I arrived. This set a poor tone for the stay.
I went to the desk to check out and hand in keys in the morning.
The guy standing there didn’t acknowledge me and just looked at the computer typing something in. Just zero acknowledgement and lack of customer service.
I can’t recommend this hotel for that alone. I won’t be back because of this.

整体很不错,旁边有个mckay lake适合散散步,早餐也很OK,就是咖啡淡了点,有华人前台,整体很不错
丹佛北/威斯敏斯特万怡酒店提供设施现代、客房整洁、员工友好的住宿体验。酒店地理位置优越,邻近购物和餐饮场所。无论是商务出行还是休闲度假,都能在此享受舒适的住宿。
距离奥特莱斯很近,距离丹佛机场也只有半小时车程。工作人员都很友好。唯一的缺点是空调声音很大。
