At check in the front desk told me that engineering said they could no longer provide box fans. That made no sense to me, as I’ve never heard of such a policy.
When I accidentally left something very expensive in the room, I tried calling the front desk for multiple days with no answer. I finally reached out through the ******* app and was told nothing was found in the room. I know for a fact it was left there, and when I repeated that, I was met with, “as previously stated, nothing was found in your room.” Very unhelpful and frustrating, especially after trying to get in touch with someone for two days. If nothing was found, where did it go? Did it just disappear into thin air?
I was hoping the hotel could hold it for me until I passed back through a few days later, but instead I was met with terrible customer service and complete dishonesty. We will not be staying here again.

The Civic Center is directly across the street so if you are doing anything there it's perfectly located. Being a downtown area, there is nothing going on after 4 pm or so on week nights or weekends at all. We didn't see any food options within walking distance but there is a restaurant onsite. Parking is available across the street in a garage (kind of expensive) or on the curbs around the building (free although it says 2 hour parking during business hours, don't know if the parking people come by to check/ticket). Overall, a really nice place to stay - rooms were clean & have a nice layout.

The smell in the gallery was too potent and gross smelling. Something to choke on.
Other than the gross smelly on the 1st floor, the hotel was lovely. Great artwork.

Very nice hotel with new fixtures. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very large with a seating area and desk. The linens were good quality and the bathroom was a nice size. The toilet is VERY VERY LOW which isn’t great if your knees don’t work well. The laundry had 3 washers (unfortunately they are front load) and 3 dryers, they require an app to use them, the app requires a minimum of $10 to be added but a load of laundry only cost $6 so I’m not sure how to get the remaining $4 back. It seems like a bit of a scam.
