The staff was wonderful, the property and room were clean and nicely updated, and the breakfast was truly fantastic! The beds, however were hard and uncomfortable and the lumpy pillows were just as bad. We did not sleep well at all. Parking is $33 for a single night in AMARILLO. Not New York City, Amarillo. I’ve paid less to park in a 5 star hotel on Michigan Avenue! Do not recommend and definitely will not return.

Hotel was beautiful! Located downtown, it is centrally located to all Amarillo has to offer. Full morning breakfast and evening cocktails were a pleasant surprise!

We enjoyed the welcome drinks & snacks. Our room was spacious;however, the mattress was horrible and the noise level of the cars racing from 12 midnight to 4 am prevented any notion of a good night sleep. The trains ran constantly and disturbed our sleep. Perhaps thicker windows, soundproofing. We had to leave before breakfast was available☹️

Everything was fine except for two things: (1) the lobby and bar areas are nicely appointed, but they seem "dead" due to the lack of music playing in the background, and (2) the ridiculous trouble I had to go through to get my car out of the parking garage across the street. It should be free and open!

Loved the Omelet bar and could choose what to have in it. Premium food, nice atmosphere, drinks and just relaxing.
