Property was nice and clean. I could’ve done without the AC unit in the room though. I’ll have to ask if that’s an option for room choice. Also, Level7 was the worst. Not clean and the drinks were horrible.

Service and cleanliness is great. Small room for the pricing. Parking was not the best unless you want to pay for valet parking. The lighting in the room is very dull. Including the bathroom lighting just not very bright. And if you want to open the curtains there is zero privacy from the building directly across from you.

A good stay
My observations ( not exactly complaints just things to know): 1. This one is my fault. I thought I booked a room with 2 queens. I actually booked 2 doubles. Not a big deal. 2. We stay in this part of town a lot. I actually prefer a competitor which is closer to the park. 3. This hotel has a very popular rooftop bar area which can be noisy at times. Other than that, it was a good stay at a very nice hotel.

Mr. Gray and Colin were welcoming and so helpful in giving us many insights to where to dine and explore in Raleigh. They were both professional and down to earth and made our stay out of this world .

令人不安的住宿体验
我和妻子在情人节周末入住这家酒店，它位于市中心，这当然很好，但如果您想休息或享受宁静，这家酒店并不适合您。我们入住的3楼几乎整个入住期间都非常热闹。如果不是隔壁房间，就是第二天一大早客房服务人员推着推车、摔门的声音。这地方简直就是个不眠之地，哈哈。不过总的来说，这次住宿体验还可以，但下次我想我会避开这种热闹的地方。
这家酒店价格虚高，而且糟糕透了，真后悔没取消预订。房间很小，布局也很差劲，梳妆台居然在房间正中间，而且梳妆台还裂得很厉害，需要更换。床垫软得要命，被子薄得像纸一样，感觉非常廉价。这样的酒店根本不值每晚270美元，差得远了。
不喜欢这个房间。
房间太小了。梳妆区离睡眠区太近，灯光太亮，影响睡眠。淋浴/卫生间区域没有隐私。
漏水
我们房间里有多处漏水，导致水漫过地板。
淋浴设施无法使用。
