Really unfair to review - we arrived after flying for 13 hours. Tolerance level was fried. The key didn't work, needed Air conditioning and ICE. Grumpy.....

I came late, like 3-4. i asked for a room. I got, big olus, but I was probably too drunk to understand that I had to be out by 11. ok….. now here is the problem : why do you exploit drunk people to pay 100% for a couple of hours ?Instead, say NO. Cause, who will go out at 11 upon arrival at 4 in the morning. I think this is exploitation at a grand scale. In addition, I called the reception the day after. Et a very unfriendly and non-customer orientered reveptionist. This was the day after I stayed there. I had hopes for this place nut now I will have to pick all my 100 wedding rooms somewhere else. It’s just BELOW standard.
