Staff were amazing ! Older style standard room was ok, could do with a revamp. Great location, food at the restaurant was outstanding

Room was tired - dirty/marked walls and dirt engrained into the tiles in the living area and bathroom.
The hotel is on Alice Street which leads to the Bruce Highway, meaning there was traffic noise throughout the night. Can't recommend and wouldn't stay here again.

The room we stayed in was an older style, but it was clean and very comfortable with a wonderfully sized shower head to wash the day away. Whilst we were close to the bistro and bar on a Friday night, the noise didn't carry and I had the best sleep ever- not even car noises being close to the main road because it was set back a bit which was great and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was well priced and absolutely delicious. Even our breakfast room service was delivered exactly when asked and piping hot- couldn't be happier with our stay.

The room we had was very average. It was right outside the bottle-shop which was noisy with trucks in the morning. Unfortunately the bed we had was very soft and we kept rolling in together. No blanket just a sheet and the bedspread which I took off as soon as we entered the room. We had to have the heater on all night to keep warm which was really noisy so not a lot of sleep was had. Would not stay here again.

I was impressed by the whole stay I had there. The sevice was exceptional and the food was amazing. It was very convenient having everything I needed in one place
