I recently Booked My Stay With Lords Inn Throught Ms. sheenu .. Staying at their stunning Property was truly Incredible. We mostly Communicate With Sheenu Ji who went above and beyond to help us plan every Detail. Her communication was outstanding- She was very Kind, Thoughtful and Truly Understood our needs as a family. We wouldn't Hesitate to reach out to her and other staff when we are ready to plan our next Trip to J & K.

Extremely Disappointed – Unhygienic and Unprofessional I had a disturbing experience at Hotel Lords Inn Jammu. The staff was inattentive, and the food was of poor quality. Shockingly, we were served a beer tower with a cockroach inside. When we reported it, no proper action was taken. Worse, the restaurant manager responded with threats, telling us to “meet him outside the hotel” — a highly unprofessional and intimidating reaction. The lack of hygiene and basic courtesy is unacceptable.

Rooms were neat and clean, and staff was good Especially thanks to Mr Rakesh Sharma The breakfast and dinner buffet were awesome with huge variety of options and also with good taste. Experience was good. Property is nice!!! Location is also great.
