酒店回复: I am sorry your did not have a pleasant experience with your recent stay. In the description for White Springs Manor it states that it does not have an elevator and the staircase is wide and not steep. When you say your room was not cleaned the first day I think you meant to say you did not receive "Stay Over Service" on your second day. Front Desk apologized for that mistake and towels were provided. I also apologize that your dinner experience did not hold up to our standards. It was not off night it seems. Our guests are extremely important to us and we take pride and making your dining and stay experience a pleasant one. The cold continental breakfast is complimentary and does have healthy alternatives of cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and fresh fruit.Again, we do care about our guests experience and hope that you will consider Belhurst in your future travel plans.
