Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the wonderful swimming pool complex with a view to the castle, to the knowledgeable and friendly serving staff, breakfast to die for – so much choice and quality, wonderful evening meals, a fantastic location. One could tell it was a well-run hotel with trained staff. We enjoyed the first three days of our German holiday there, and wished we had booked longer – thou our waistlines probably said not! At 178 Euros for B & B it’s not cheap, but very worthwhile. The Edersee area is worth visiting. We’d love to return.
