The door to our room wouldn’t latch unless you lifted up on it. Toilet seat was missing paint on it, flooring in bathroom didn’t go under trim.

The staff was very nice. We had travel disruptions and they assisted us in adding additional reservations. Breakfast had some good options.

There was dirt and/liquid smears on lamp shade that was gross to look at when bulb was on and shade was luminated. Roach in the bathroom. I had to ask for housekeeping service after 2nd day. Hotel key had to be reset twice. Super inconvenient. Kept getting excuses as to why it wouldn’t work. Probably will not return.

This property is right off the highway next to the airport. It is close to food, gas, and shopping. Very quiet hotel. Did not hear a thing sleeping. Staff was very nice.

The night Clark was extremely rude and unwilling to help us. We needed a 4 o’clock flight to the airport and he informed us that they wouldn’t take us to the airport till 430 and we needed to find our own ride. The night the day we checked in the lady told us that we could catch a ride in the morning. We need to tell the night clerk, but that did not work out.
