The room had a smoke detector battery that was beeping all night from batteries being low. No one answered the front desk. Upon checking out no staff to give keys to and no one to complain to.

The desk clerk was rude. I reserved a king bed and he said he booked all of them. I had to get mad for him to give me the right room. Also, this is the first Best Western that was not pet friendly.

The staff advised that the bathroom was out of order until I purchased a room. Once I had purchased the room and checked in, I checked the bathroom in the lobby and it was functioning fine.

Beds were so hard that i injurded my arm plopping down. Staff was nice! I was EXHAUSTED and still couldnt sleep. Ita a nice location, nice rooms, but i can get over the beds. Sorry, i dont recommended staying here umless this is the last option. I woke up with my neck and back hurting and im too young for all of that lol

I was stayed for one night. The check out time was 11. I wish it was 12 like most places. The breakfast was ok, but not great.
