Absolutely shocking! The Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane is in a filthy state — piles of rubbish everywhere, foul smells, and visibly dirty surroundings. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be part of an international brand. It feels neglected and unhygienic, with zero attention to cleanliness or guest comfort. Management should be ashamed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — steer clear until they clean up their act!

I really enjoyed my stay, excellent service, friendly staff. Very helpful. Clean, safe and pleasant experience.I'll definately visit there again the next time im in Polokwane.

Overall pleasant experience. This was my (3rd) trip your hotel and I will stay there agains. I do believe that you should either look at your breakfast communication and options. Overall I enjoyed the stay, except the comments submitted on breakfast options.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was the best. The water was always warm. The staff were very polite and friendly. We are definitely going back. However our room did not have a fridge

Was my first time visiting and received a good service from friendly and helpful staff. Also the place is convenient to Peter Mokaba stadium and all major routes.
