The room was in poor condition. Plastic wrapped around the sprinkler system in the bathroom. The curtains had dirt and stains on them. In general the room just smelled funky. We requested a different room and was told there were none available that would meet our standards. The gym was disgustingly dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of bagels, bread, and gallons of milk, sitting on the counter. Overall just not a good experience and we travel a lot for work.

The only bright spot about this location was the employees. They were courteous and friendly whenever I interacted with them. The room itself was ok (though it was annoying that there was no coffee pot in the room itself). The main disappointment was the breakfast. The hotel's posting should says it's a "continental breakfast" as what they offered could barely qualify as that. Plus, each morning I was there, I took out an expired yogurt out of the dairy fridge (which I threw out) before finding an unexpired one. Several other visitors also complained about the "breakfast" provided.

Thank you! What really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the room was. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

No shades or curtains on windows bright light blaring in all night!
No breakfast food options and coffee was empty no one around to make more

I’m not sure where they came from but I found bed bugs on me so juts a warning to be careful
