Definitely not a 4star hotel - more like 3star, mainly due to the level of services. Terrible restaurant service - waiters pay more attention to their phone screens than to the customers, leaving dirty plates on table for an hour after dinner. If you want to order something, you have to walk to them to the bar to place the order. Splitting the bill not possible when paying by card is ridiculous. Food is good. Apartments are nice & clean.

这是高塔特拉山另一个非常愉快的冬季假期。酒店地理位置优越（位于镇中心，靠近滑雪场和库存充足的超市）。公寓宽敞、设备齐全，部分设有阳台。即使时间的破坏正在慢慢侵蚀设施的许多角落。丰盛的早餐让人无可挑剔。 14天内几乎没有任何重复。酒店门前就有免费滑雪巴士，步行 2 分钟即可到达 Tatrabahn 火车站。
我们来斯特布斯凯普莱索参加冬季运动已有 20 多年了，也了解镇上的其他酒店 - “Crocus”酒店是我们的最爱。我们很高兴能在 2025 年回来。
