Staff was polite but housekeeping and the front desk called my room well before check out time. If check out time is 11 am then I do not want to be hassled half an hour before it’s time to check out.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room was alright but the entire experience was awful. First off, ******* didn’t ever send a confirmation, but charged me. Got to the hotel and they didn’t have any reservation (never using ******* again!) The staff here was not helpful or pleasant. ******* said booking thru them gives me free parking, not the case, I was charged 20 for the night BUT their parking lot doesn’t hold the amount of cars for how many rooms they have, so I ended up having to park across the street on the street. Told the front desk and they said it is non refundable. On top of all that, there was a party in the room next to ours and you can hear every whisper from the rooms next to yours, outside, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room is kind of small and there was no microwave. We paid $20 a night for parking but there was no open spots either of the 2 nights we stayed so we paid to park in the pep boys lot basically. The staff was nice and room was clean though.

The hotel itself was lovely - cool decor, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice rooms. But the area / neighborhood it is in is very industrial & the road it is on was very loud from the traffic day / night including emergency vehicles (probably bc it is a main thoroughfare). The prices of hotels in central boston were insanely priced the weekend I went (the weekend before Halloween) so it was the only reasonable option. Expensive for being in an industrial area … but I have to assume the price is MUCH less on a less popular weekend. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if I could find the same priced property in Boston.

Comfortable and quiet room, close to restaurants and Logan Airport. Had an early morning flight so was not able to have the breakfast.
