Tried to find a place to sleep over night near the airport after flight got cancelled. Ended up here. The first alarm went off at 3am. Fureftrucks showed up. They said they have false alarms every night here. The second alarm went iff at 6:20am. It takes 10-15 minutes for the firemen to turn it off…. What a mistake

The check in was super slow. They checked me in under the wrong name, even though they had my credit card in their hand. We didn’t get the requested room (2 beds) and when we changed rooms we were charged another $50 deposit. Then our room had an extremely noisy air system with no heat or AC.

The staff and customer service exceeds any expectations by far. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The only issue was the random alarms that kept going off at weird hours disrupting rest and sleep.

Very Accommodating
Hotel was accommodating to our flight coming in to Boston.
We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am after doing a red-eye flight. We were able to get checked in and get some sleep before our concert started. They also allowed us a late check out time to accommodate our flight home.

The property was good for our Boston Calling stay. A little out of the way but a $20 Uber was better than another $100 per night closer to the city.

The showers are very narrow in the rooms and both sinks in the men's bathroom, in the lobby were not working at all, cut off!
