在前往酒店的路上，我给酒店打了电话，因为我女儿想选一间离她朋友近的房间。接电话的男士告诉我，到了酒店才能知道我们住哪个房间。我告诉他，我女儿朋友的妈妈说她们的房间在抵达前就已经分配好了。他否认了，说入住时才能拿到房间。我们抵达后，一位女士接待了我们。我问我们能否分到一间离我女儿朋友近的房间。她说我们的房间已经分配好了，不能根据我们在Trip.com上的预订来选房间。我们分到的是一间靠近大堂、有两张双人床的房间。我说我订的是两张大号双人床（double queen beds）。我不知道双人床（double beds）有多大。她说是比大号双人床小一点。她让我从窗户往里看，看看双人床有多大。我看了看，但看不清楚。我问她能不能开门让我进去看看。她拒绝了，说如果我进去，他们就得重新消毒房间。我还是不明白看一眼房间怎么就会让房间不干净。因为我的家人还在等着，所以我最终接受了分配的房间。在我们入住的两天里，大堂里没有饮用水。你需要去前台要水。在我们入住的第二个晚上，我丈夫洗澡的时候没有热水。对我家人和我来说，这是一次令人失望的经历。

The road to get to the lodge is in a extremely bad condition and needs repair fast. The room we had was although spacious but again extremely outdated. There were not only four power outlets in the entire room which made charging our devices very challenging. The carpet in the room was not clean at all, and was visibly dirty with some relatively large red colored stains. Restroom was the same way, outdated, extremely small and in need of attention. Overall, we had a poor experience! Sorry to say.

Older hotel in a beautiful location. Staff is helpful. Room lacks ample sockets for plugging in devices and needs a bit of attention to paint. TV, air conditioner, microwave and fridge work well.

Wonderful location

The room was adequate. It seemed to have sat for a while without use and the toilet needed a refreshing clean. Otherwise it was fine. I don’t mind a non-updated room as long as it is clean.

The lobby was well decorated for fall and was beautiful. The view out the back was absolutely gorgeous. We would love to have the opportunity to come back.

Property was convenient to get to off the highway. Easy check-in and check-out. The property is older but room was clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.
