The staff were cordial and the stay was pleasant...... enjoyed the food here and that too at the relatively nice price

The location is walking distance approx 600-700m from the station and the staff was really good and courteous. Rooms are okay but provides all required basic amenities

when I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.

THERE WAS NO AC CAB AS MENTIONED BY YOU. BREAKFAST TIMING WAS NOT MENTIONED. PERSON AT COUNTER IS NOT ABLE TO TELL TIMING. WE REACHED HOTEL AT ABOUT 2.30AM 《 TRAIN VANDAY BHARAT WAS LATE) & LEFT HOTEL AT 6PM. YOU SHOULD PROVIDE FACILITY AS MENTION IN BOOKING KINDLY LOOK IN TO. I AM NOT BLAMING ANY OF YOUR STAFF NOR ANY INTENTION AS THEY ARE NICE & COOPERATIVE. HOPE YOU WILL FURTHER IMPROVE IT

33 Hotels have very supportive staff, specifically Mr. Minkel Kotwal. The check in and check outs were very smooth.
Hotel provided me complementary pick and drop from Rly station and also to Serli Helipad.
My mother is a senior citizen and hotel took care of her nicely.

It was an excellent stay at 33 Hotels. Highly recommended. Hotel room, staff, facilities, amenities etc. were very good with very reasonable prices. Special Thank to Mr. Minkel Kotwal for arranging everything for us and making things super easy.

The hotel was superb which is 500 m far from the railway station. We have availed the 2 room suite wherein all the services were at par level. Coordinator Sh. Minkle Kotwal has done his job perfectly to make our stay comfortable and smooth.
酒店员工太棒了，非常平易近人，谦逊又善良！9月29日晚班的那位小哥，简直是竭尽全力让我们感到舒适。我们下午1点才退房，他们什么也没说，因为我们告诉他们我们很累，想多待一会儿。我不确定他们在高峰期服务如何，但这是我在这里住过的最棒的一次体验。酒店名字已经改了，预订时请务必核对一下。是的，他们提供免费的接送服务。今天我们在Bann Ganga叫了接送，我不确定当时是谁值班，但他对我们的帮助不大，只说让我们自己打车过来，司机不在附近。结果还是那位上早班的夜班小哥，他帮我们叫了辆突突车，还自己付了钱，太感谢你的好意了，兄弟！100卢比虽然不多，但他处理得非常聪明。再次感谢酒店的工作人员！
在埃沃克酒店住得很愉快。房间很舒服。食物很暴躁。餐厅的服务非常好。特别感谢阿尼克和阿什**。洗手间和电视需要 5o 改进。无线网络也很好。感谢团队唤起。我们一定会再次访问。
