服务：有中文服务，但是最开始抄错了密码，打不开门……

酒店挺不错的，干净卫生，直接用密码可以开门的，扫码就能退房方便的很，地理位置的话，出地铁口就是酒店，马路对面有一家吃拉面的地方很不错，叫什么大宝，附近便利店啥的都很齐全
其它还行，评价满意。 但空调、换气通风口的卫生状况实在不敢恭维，没有做过清洁的迹象，看见过其他客人9月份的评价及酒店的回复，但还未见整改。在车轱辘都擦的铮亮的关西地区遇到这类事，起初还真不敢相信，用棉签擦抹，还真是没有做过清洁🧹，这边不搞卫生检查 ？
总的来说还行，虽然酒店看起来有些年头了。但是清洁服务实在太差了，住了三晚房间完全没打扫过。入住时房间里还有前一位住客的收据，这说明两次入住之间也根本没怎么打扫。但这些都不是最重要的，最糟糕的是空调。空调内部脏得我们都不敢开，为了不把别的“生物”吹到房间里，我们只好一直没用空调。
如果是只住宿、不含餐的话，这家酒店应该没问题。我们住的是榻榻米房间，地毯上有点灰尘，这一点有点介意。晚上10点前有迎宾饮料，这点很不错。前台工作人员服务很周到，态度也很好。
房间中规中矩，正常日本酒店，位置很好，地铁站出来就到了。对面有一家便利店，对面还有一家拉面店挺好吃的。楼下除了地铁站，距离公交车站也挺近的。
麻雀虽小 五脏俱全。塌塌米，要自己铺床的。卫生方面，表面还可以，就是不知为什么，总有些小虫子，飞虫。地理位置非常好，地铁站就在旁边，去经典走路都能到。
酒店位置很好，在京都站和四条之间，离五条站也很近，交通便利。
感觉酒店之前是另一个知名连锁品牌，还保留了一些以前的设施，比如免费饮料和密码锁房卡，住得很舒服。
就是走廊和房间地毯上可能有一种特殊的气味，不过还在可以接受的范围内。
五天内第二次造访这家酒店，地理位置极其优越，五条站八号口出来就是酒店，今天回来的有点晚，日本人的商店都关门了，但是酒店对面就是一家元祖拉面，开到十点半，味道非常赞，没有让饿着肚子睡觉😪，步行五分钟就到东本愿寺了，静心。
