Every towel in the room was dirty. The shower water never got hot. I checked out the same night I checked in and got another room elsewhere.

It was ok no microwave only in suites. Lots of staff do not speak english couldn't help with need ice machines out of order. On 3 floors.

The owner was inappropriate and unkept should have been my first warning and the fact that there is a sign that says no house keeping. The room seemed okay upon arrival until I pulled back the bedding and say that there was blood stains and other bodily fluids on the sheets and pillows. We check in at 530 and checked out by 830 when we got back from dinner. I asked for a refund and the owner made me show him the stains in the room and then began yelling at me and block the door for me to leave yelling at me. I pushed him aside and ran out of there.

I like that Mr.Avi was very helpful he assisted me in printing out by Boarding Pass for Delta .
I did not like the Water Pressure it was very low and it took a long time for the Hot water temperature to get hot . I was on the 12th floor .

Do not stay here, this property is not well kept. My brother and I booked a seven night stay here last week and could only stand one night in this establishment. When you walk in, you’ll notice that something is off but you won’t be able to put your finger on it. I’ll tell you what it is; they don’t focus on the details. The lobby area isn’t properly cleaned and neither are the rooms, clearly the guest prior had a party in the room and the party favors were still taped to the ceiling. Along with the fact that the shower head in my brother’s room didn’t work. We booked two, one (1) bedroom suites and each suite has three access doors. One more way for you to realize that they do everything cheaply at this property. So instead of investing to properly renovate the rooms, they went bush league. After staying the one and only night that we could stomach, we awoke the following morning and checked out early. Of course the staff didn’t ask why?. Why would they? That would show care and attention to detail. DO NOT STAY HERE, you will regret it. Lastly, be sure of how the property is kept, it’s clearly gotten a reputation and the kind of people that stay here, are not the kind you want to share a hotel with.

The desk chair in my room was broken and wouldn’t go up. As I was working on my laptop all evening, I called the front desk and asked if it could be swapped out. They said they would “try”. No one ever responded so I sat on 2 pillows on the chair trying to elevate myself to an appropriate level. Pretty clean but there was a glob of toothpaste on the wall next to the sink mirror. Not major but just seemed kind of hard to miss. Not sure if it’s typical or not but I only had 4 working TV channels. To be fair, I didn’t ask the front desk because I hadn’t gotten a response for my chair request so I didn’t bother.

I was won over by the rooms with the view, so that’s what I booked. When I got to my room, they had put me in a room with the view of another buildings ceiling. Not the room that was advertised.
停车场里到处都是人，根本没地方停车。因为那里挤满了人，所以房客根本没地方停车。我入住时，酒店从来没要求我出示身份证，退房时也没收到任何收据。我感觉很不安全，我的357卡也浪费了。
房间和走廊都很脏。这家餐厅实际上晚上就是酒吧聚会的地方，有很多人闲逛。
