During my recent visit with my school class, I found the establishment to be quite satisfactory. It is conveniently situated near a bus stop that provides easy access to the city of Lugano. However, it is worth noting that some staff members exhibited a lack of courtesy and knowledge. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience was enjoyable. The pool is impressive, although its temperature may be slightly chilly. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience does not detract from the overall positive impression.

Fantastic experience. Staff at reception were really helpful throughout; room was clean and gardens and stunning! We stayed during a really hot spell so the pool was a fantastic place to h spend time. We had three teenagers with us and there was plenty to keep them occupied - main town is a 15min bus journey away and few shops and cafes in easy walking distance. A hidden gem - highly recommend!

What a treat it was to stay here for our trip to Lugano and the surrounding mountains. Easily accessible by buses from Lugano (all buses are free in Ticino for the length of your stay), the staff was so welcoming and accommodating to us. The property is beautiful, featuring a garden, a beach volleyball court, and outdoor pool. We booked a 6 person private room that had its own shower, toilet, and sink. Breakfast was worth the 10fr in my opinion. Would go back!
