We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. Every single team members: Trevor, Godwil, Nicholas, Boniface, Boaz, George security, and the Manager Francis all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism turned our visit into an unforgettable experience. Sarova has set the bar incredibly high. We recommend Sarova to anyone looking for not just a stay, but a memorable experience and excellence.

屋顶酒吧的景色非常美……尤其是在夜晚。今天在萨罗瓦酒店享用的晚餐真是美味极了，必须给厨师们点个赞。Madel的服务也无可挑剔，非常专业。我一定会再次光临，享受又一次美好的体验。
根据我多次到访涅里、纳库鲁、基苏木以及在内罗毕居住的经验，这家酒店的服务与价格完全不符，简直令人难以置信，太离谱了。如果还有其他选择，我强烈建议不要入住这家酒店。我们点了披萨……结果等了一个半小时，而当时酒店里根本没有其他客人！！！而且披萨的质量就这水平（见图），我真想知道厨师在厨房里是怎么做的。我六岁的女儿都能做得比这好。

萨洛瓦帝国酒店 (Sarova Imperial) 绝对是您在基苏木度过美好时光的绝佳酒店。首先是宽敞的房间，没有什么可挑剔的，再到设施良好的小型健身室，友好而有礼貌的工作人员，美味的食物和美味的鸡尾酒。我们是来这里出差的，真的很享受在这里的时光。屋顶上有Perch Rooftop Bar，鸡尾酒很美味，调酒师也很称职。我们很乐意回来！
