The staff was very friendly, we didn’t have to interact with them, besides checking in and asking for more towels, because we are a family of seven (2 adults, 3 toddlers and 2 newborns) and they were great with that. So the staff I felt like was great.
The reason I rated a three out of five stars was because they did not offer any kind of packing play or crib, then when we got into our room, the beds were made, and it seemed clean, but our toddlers had managed to find old Band-Aids, crackers, and some other old items, including a pair of men’s underwear under the bed so I feel like the housekeeping could have been a lot better. Our room is also on the second floor, on the backside of the elevator, so it was quite loud and the kids had an issue sleeping with the noise. I didn’t want to complain, I’m sure they would have switched rooms for us, but with five kids including 2 newborns, you would’ve been a chore so we tried to tolerate it, which was a mistake. I didn’t take that into my consideration while reading the hotel. The last issue I had was the food, while most hotels don’t offer breakfast anymore, so I am glad that this place did, it really could have been a bit better. The milk kept running out, so sometimes the kids had to eat dry cereal, and my wife said that the bagel seem to be a little stale. I did like the fact that you could get coffee and hot water for hot chocolate anytime.

Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed. I mentioned to one that the milk was empty in the decanter after getting some cereal. She acknowledged me but did nothing until another guest brought it to her attention and needed the milk then and there! Then, when a second staffer started to refill canter, a third staffer called over to tell her not to use too much! Really??? It was 7am, b-fast runs til 10 and you're worried about wasting a half gallon of milk?
We checked out shortly thereafter and there was still a cold feel at the desk.

Tv did not work had to play with it for a couple hours before I figured it out. Front desk attendant was not very friendly. Room didn’t smell very good had to buy some air freshener shower head was not was I expected bad water pressure not very hot.

Very quiet and affordable. Some definite wear and tear on furniture. The toilet seat specifically.

Overall a good experience. The place was neat and clean . Staff was good. Only negative is the breakfast. Not much to offer . Orange juice tasted like dirty dish water. Also the same person was doing the front desk and taking care of the breakfast room. Would recommend it. Just go for breakfast some place else. Plenty of places close by.

It’s a clean, modern-looking space, but I think the renovations they did were very superficial. We were assigned a room without a working thermostat (all the power along that entire wall seemed to be out), told they didn’t have any other rooms available and that there was no maintenance person available at 9 PM, then eventually moved to another room without a working TV when “cancellation” occurred.

工作人员不太热情。感觉你得先跟他们说话，他们才会跟你说话。结账时，服务员涂了太多口红，一句话也没说。环境不太友好
免费早餐物有所值。橙汁和咖啡都淡而无味。没什么好吃的。房间里没有普通的椅子，只有一把凳子。
