The outside of the building wasn’t appealing to the eyes. When we walked inside of the building it was a different story. The day receptionist was great help. The grab and go breakfast isn’t what l was expecting. I got over it and went to Waffle House.

The employees told us multiple stories. We ended up having to get another room at another faculty because the staff told us multiple stories about the check in.

You know there's a problem when you have to knock to gain entry to the lobby at 5:00 PM. 1st room I was given was terrible. Tile portion of floor was sticky; bathroom light did not work; tub was rusty; weird stains and blobs on the walls; fire alarm was missing battery; I know this because the battery chamber was stick out, sans battery; all the metal in the room was rusty; the AC cover was broken, the furniture was broken, the mini fridge was missing and there was mold growing where it used to be. There was dirt and debris around the bedstand. The second room was marginally better, still disgusting. The pool was closed for "renovation." Staff was friendly but clueless. Breakfast was a joke. Do not recommend.

The receptionist at the front desk was rude Extremely nasty attitude! I asked her where was the bathroom while she was checking me in i was on the road for five hours and she told me it was locked! And the front door was locked when i was trying to get in to be checked in ! The stairs was full of trash ! It was a best western plus we would stay here then it was actually a nice property when it was franchised bbut whomever has it now don't give a f*ck how it looks !

Pool is under repair. Didn't get the breakfast as left too early. Friendly staff at check in. Quiet room. Somewhat outdated but fine for the little bit I was there.

The only breakfast at this place was apples and stale donuts and muffins, and *no coffee*: The coffee machine downstairs in the breakfast area did not work; there were no k-cups for the Keurig machine in the room. Everything else about this place seemed OK including room cleanliness. Just know that when it says breakfast is included, it is not.

非常干净，也很安静。
我极少给人差评，这次忍受不了了，进酒店门口有一股发霉的味道，前台办理入住以后，房间没有打扫，换了一间房，有一床没有被子时候床单，被子上还有血渍，大家避坑吧。
我不会向任何人推荐这家酒店，客服体验1/10，卫生-1/10。地理位置还行，这方面没什么问题，但酒店设施只有2.5/10。虽然这次是临时预订，但我绝对不会再住这家酒店了，哪怕是救命我都不住。
