Excellent and very friendly front desk assistance. Helped my family of 7 with lunch and dinner reservations as soon as we checked in, and then Prosecco winery recommendations. Dining staff was also great. Hotel is walking distance to train, shops and several bars and restaurants.

The reception staff were wonderful. The check in was easy and they gave us excellent advice on local services. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, my normally very healthy companion became sick and we needed to find medicines on the weekend. The staff were a super help on that and agreed on a late checkout to allow her to rest in bed until just before our airport limo arrived. We had a return train ticket to VCE but the trains and buses went on strike so we had to quickly find an alternative. Again, the hotel staff, particularly Roberta and Fabio, stepped up and contacted a limo service they use and booked a ride for us at the perfect time. I highly recommend the Cristallo for a stay in Conegliano. It’s is very central, close to the railroad station and attractive.

酒店接待非常周到，房间非常干净，员工也很友好。我们没有失望；这里地理位置优越，位于市中心，却又闹中取静，是个很棒的下榻之处。在露台上享用的早餐丰盛美味。
我因工作在这里住了 3 个晚上，选择它是因为它靠近车站和市中心。单人间（配有法式床）很干净，有一张舒适的床和一个新浴室。浴室有点小，不过一个人住还好。早餐很好。咸味和甜味搭配蛋糕、新鲜水果和适合乳糖和麸质不耐症人士的产品。非常友善的工作人员。我发现自己很好。
非常中心的酒店，专业且非常友善的工作人员...遗憾的是它没有电梯...我从未在酒店吃过早餐，所以我无法评价服务...如果我要回去的话我肯定会再去☺️
我们度过了一段愉快的时光，尽管分配给我们的房间没有翻新。当然，没有电梯会对整体评级产生负面影响。早餐美味又丰盛，工作人员总是彬彬有礼、友善。酒店的停车位相当牺牲。
